History: Vaan lived as a street urchin in Dalmasca since his parents were killed by the plague when he was 12. He has been close friends with Penelo. His older brother, Reks, died 2 years before the Archadian invasion of Dalmasca. He worked as an assistant as Miguelo's assistant in his shop, doing various errands for him. He has dreamed of becoming a sky pirate in command of his own airship.

Sample RP:Zane grew bored as he wandered around the shops. He looked into one of the stores as he passed by. It was his favorite store and it was having a sale so he decided to stop by. " Hmm...I need a new jacket maybe. This ones getting kinda old." He went in the store and took about a dozen different jackets off the rack. He went in to try them on after. "Grr...no good...these are so...ugly. They dont look good on me at all." Zane looked around a bit and saw some jeans he liked so he bought them and went on his way out.
"Guess its about lunch time. Better go and get something to eat." Zane went on the escalator to the second floor of the mall and walked towards the restauraunt where he ate. It was a bit expensive but he was used to eating that way anyway. He kept looking around for another jacket and wasnt paying attention to where he was looking.
