Being a dancer Penelo has a very free and lively personality. She is dedicated to things she works on. Being occasionally helpful and often caring, Penelo's personality is not much different than most people's.

Appearance:
Penelo has yellowish blonde hair. Her outfit usually composes of darker more blue clothes. She may have boots and a slightly leather armor on when she wants to defend herself or attack others. Her body is average and she isn't very tall. Since she is an dancer, her body is also very slender. Her skin is also very soft and delicate.
Weapons/Magick:
I'm going to be creative here and redo her weapon~
Unfortunately for her, Penelo's usual weapon was stolen by a group of goblins so she uses something different now.
Dancer's Whip
Appearing as a dance ribbon, this whip is sturdy and can be hidden in one's belt.
The whip is extremely fast and somewhat damageable. The handle is a pink decorated stick with a small purple flower on it. The whip is flat and some people have even mistaken it for a real ribbon!
Penelo is rather magic-less. Some say her dancing looks like magic thought ~_*
History:
Penelo is a Hume orphan who works as a dancer in a Rabanastre bazaar.
She is very kind and caring and appears to be a motherly figure to the other orphans. However Penelo cannot cook very well (results include burnt items and more)
Penelo has learned martial arts from her now-gone brother (who was a soldier).
She has known Vaan since childhood and her parents, having taken Vaan in to care for him after his own parents died, encouraged Penelo to be like Vaan so they placed the two together when young.

Britney stared at the young girl. For a small moment she wished that she had her yellow hair. Britney's was so brown and plain. Quickly those thoughts disappeared and she walked over to the girl.
"So did you come here with Paul?" She asked but quickly took it back. Of course she came with Paul! Where else could she have come from?
"Um..Nevermind. Here let me show you around!" She grabbed the girl around the arms and walked with her into the lab.
"See. That's the monster machine. There's the digital mixer and.." She rushed the girl over to the newly brought hair machine. It stood there looking shiny and impressive.
"And this is over brand new hair machine! It can do your hair into any hairstyle! Dr.Branz hopes it'll sell good." She let the girl peer at the machine...
