Well, I just want to suggest advertising on all types of sites. I myself go to atleast 20 rp sites and they all have tons and tons of advertisements and tons of players. Maybe we can advertise there.

And you should totally make member groups like, Sky Pirate, Bar Owner, ...blah blah blah...
