This is from another site that I RPed Ashe on. Please don't steal.
"I have to admit, I'd come back here loads more if it wasn't so full of creatures these days.... I'd probably come back everyday..." Her voice was a sorrowful whisper as she trudged through the weeds and foliage as she kept her berth from the new inhabitants. The closer she got to where she was going, the less she seemed to see of them, and she was glad. She knew this very well could've turned out to be a disaster, but she was glad to see that she would be able to have some peace here, at least even a little.
I had been two years now, she had calculated. Two years since that fateful day when she was left a widow by the man of her dreams. And she figured that amounted to something, and the least she could do was come for a visit, even if she was alone. I'm sure if you were still here, we would've kept this place thriving and would've visited often. Our home away from home, and I let it get this far gone.... It bodes ill to the heart. Her thoughts were soft and rather sincere as she made the trek back to what they had referred to as 'their spot'.
It was almost 3, maybe 4 years ago that she had found the place, and it was actually a day where her father had gotten a little grumpy and she wanted to get away. She, instictively, went to find Rasler, hoping for some cheering up. Prefering to take the path instead of the air, she headed in. And she ended up finding none other than Rasler in that spot, when she'd ended up getting lost in the brambles. She went into hysterical laughter then, completely full of relief and dumbfoundment. Ashe was sure she'd scared Rasler that day when he saw her, but she couldn't help but laugh at the thought. Such sweet remembrances....
And with that, the older and wiser Ashelia stumbled into the small, abandoned clearing. She would be the first to admit that it looked just the same, only a little more full of life with all the silence it'd seen over the years. She walked towards the center and her thoughts began to overflow, full of all the times she'd spent here and the hundreds of times she'd had with Rasler. Overwhelmed she made an attempt at laughter, only to have it crack into tears. Ashe carefully sat on the ground and just let the tears flow, letting all the built up sorrow have it's freedom. "Rasler... I can't believe I let things take such a turn. It's so hard when I've got no one to look for for guidance these days..."
